All orders placed online will be shipped to you within 7 business days, at no cost, anywhere in the continental USA. If you need an item sooner, please email us to inquire of it’s availability. Our collection is small batch, made to order, we keep stock of all styles in our showroom in Los Angeles, so chances are we can ship quicker if need be. Be in touch!

International
TRAIL currently ships within the USA only.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns; only exchanges upon approval. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tagged and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange. 

IN OUR RETAIL STORE: Exchanges must be received within 7 days from the date of purchase receipt. You must obtain and present your original sales receipt. Your exchange item must equal the same or more amount of original purchase, in which case you will have a balance due. 

ONLINE ORDERS: Exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date of receipt. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Your exchange item must equal the same amount of original purchase, less shipping charges. Any remainder will become a credit toward a future purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Approved goods for exchange will be given a ship address upon confirmation.

C A R E

All TRAIL garments are hand wash in cool water, with gentle detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. Light dryer for up to 10 minutes maximum to fluff or de-wrinkle is OK. Warm iron when necessary.

L I N E N
Linens do well with a wrinkled look. Twisting them after washing or when packing will ensure a great look upon arrival. Never pull a thread that appears on linen, follow it to it’s root, then snip with sharp scissors, taking great care to not cut into your garment. 

C U P R O  S I L K
Cupro is quite wrinkle resistant, and durable with a great weight and drape. It stains very easily, so for our lighter colored silky garments, take great care with colorful food and drink.
